I also believe once the royalty situation becomes clear and everybody realizes that either way they pay the same they will adopt cdma 2000 which is cheaper,more stable,technically superior and much further down the path of 3G.

I did not read the bull case but the bear case is from someone who believes everything he reads in the news.
