I believe you have been replied to on this matter.
I was hoping you could understand the strength of their patents and based on dates why this JDEC argument will not fly.

Guess I'm talking to a brick wall, not a country boy so I will drop it.

I'd be very careful NOT to take allegations filed in a legal document as statements of "truth." Especially, a suit that's already been settled -- and not subject to the scrutiny of an actual trial. Maybe this recently filed lawsuit will satisfy those wanted to learn what "really happened" way back when. fwiw
