#1 Auric started bashing CYBR is January.

#2 It doesn't matter if CYBR was overpriced or not - what matters is that Auric may have induced others to short CYBR along with him, and that MAY be a federal violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Section 9.

#3 Did you know that Auric was a registered broker?
