#1: The point of the stock market is to take positions. My position in CYBR, if any, is none of your business. People are allowed to form and publish their opinions in the US. Perhaps you are from another country and unfamiliar with this freedom.

#2: Short selling is not 'manipulation'. Posting an opinion in support of that position is not manipulation. Perhaps you might have a case were he buying while pressing folks to sell.

#3: You are incorrect. The NASD publishes guidelines, it is up to each firm to set their policy.

Please stop making up your own laws, rules and regulations to support your nonsense. The market saw through CYBR, and it fell from an unsustainable peak. That is not the fault of the short sellers, it was their opportunity.
