Over 5,000 Real Estate Brokers Standardize on iPIX(R) Virtual Tours
iPIX(R) Enhances Sales and Web Marketing for Over 94% of Top 50 Brokers
OAK RIDGE, Tenn., and PALO ALTO, Calif., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Pictures Corporation (Nasdaq: IPIX - news; ``iPIX''), the standard for delivery of dynamic imaging, today announced that over 5,000 real estate brokers have standardized on iPIX® Virtual Tours to help market homes for sale more effectively and dynamically. iPIX currently provides iPIX® Virtual Tours for 94% of REAL Trends' Top 50 brokers nationwide.

Among the top real estate brokerage firms adding iPIX's end-to-end dynamic imaging solutions to their product offering in July were Beverly-Hanks & Associates, Inc., Coldwell Banker Flouhouse, Coldwell Banker Bain, McGraw Davisson & Stewart Realty, Prudential Salem and Zip Realty Inc. to name a few. The virtual tours purchased by these and other brokers will result in over 200,000 virtual tours that can be viewed by over 60 million potential homebuyers on the Internet.

``iPIX is essential to Coldwell Banker Bain's online success,'' said Joe Spencer, Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Bain in the Seattle, Washington area (www.cbba.com). ``Because of iPIX dynamic imaging, we are able to quickly and efficiently provide our customers with virtual tours of our properties. This results in increased customer satisfaction, leads, sales, and a valuable savings in time for our customers and agents. We're finding that now we have customers asking for virtual tours as part and parcel of the marketing of their listings. And perhaps best of all, iPIX takes care of it all from shooting the pictures to displaying them on my Web site and national Web sites like Coldwell Banker, Move.com , and Homeadvisor.com .''

iPIX dynamic imaging solutions are used by leading real estate professionals and Web sites to display properties for sale. More than 1,000,000 iPIX® Virtual Tours are viewed online every day with over 8 virtual tours seen per second by consumers shopping for homes on leading real estate portals and broker sites. Earlier this summer, iPIX also announced the purchase of 350,000 exterior virtual tours by Cendant for use by Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA brokers and agents. iPIX® Virtual Tours have rapidly become a critical component of the online home selling and buying process.

``We are proud of the fact that we have created the de facto standard for accelerating the purchase and sales of homes,'' said John Assaraf, senior vice president of real estate at iPIX. ``Since the beginning of the year iPIX has sold over 500,000 virtual tours to brokers and agents with brokers such as Coldwell Banker Bain, commonly purchasing virtual tours for their entire roster of listings.''

iPIX® Virtual Tours allow potential homebuyers to virtually ``step inside'' a home for sale and look around each room in any direction, just as if they were standing there. The action can be paused so viewers may change their point of view and zoom in or out of rooms for a wider perspective -- something still photos do not allow. Providing potential homebuyers additional information, iPIX's dynamic imaging overcomes the limitations of traditional house hunting, enabling them to make more informed decisions that result in time and money savings.

iPIX maintains key relationships with major real estate Web sites and multiple listing service (MLS) providers, including Homestore.com(TM), REALTOR.com®, HomeSeekers.com, Microsoft HomeAdvisor, Move.com, HOMES.com, CyberHomes, LoopNet, Moore Data Services, GTE and RISCO. As a result of these alliances, iPIX visual content for real estate can currently be viewed on America Online (AOL), Yahoo!, Microsoft Network (MSN), Excite, Netscape Netcenter, GO Network/InfoSeek, NBC, The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition.

kill those shorts . . . No. . . "Live and let live."
Shorts have to eat too. Their families have to buy bagfulls of Back-To-School specials, etc. The point of that last post is that in knowing the short-sellers very predictable moves, we can better prosper when playing against them.

Also, momentum traders. . . should certainly read short-selling books and hang out in their chatrooms to get a good feel for how they work. The chatrooms can be pricey and they don't like it if they think you are not a short, so it is always best to disguise yourself. . . .but the education is often worth the inconvenience in going stealth.
[And in watching their calls, you can easily see where and when to place your momentum buys and where to turn short. . . . in the same manner that shorts follow us around waiting to play against our best calls. . . .though very soon that too will come to an end.]
