Chip, thanks for the fork input. I'm going to try to put these dates in my computer and see if I can recreate these forks. the trade deficit number coming tommorrow is forecast to be a record 31.7 billion. some things never change. and I see that Ed Hyman has come out today and said that any time energy prices have run up in the magnitude they have this year or so, a recession has followed. maybe that's why the yield curve has been inverted.
