So let me get this straight. If the analyst for Merrill Lynch raises the rating on a stock from neutral to strong buy thus telling all 15,000 Merrill brokers to pick up phone and call their clients to encourage them to buy that stock, this is a violation of the SEC laws?

Please help me on this aspect of criminal activity.

Nobody agrees to do anything, I have hgad numerous occasions arise when i tell people I am shorting a stock that some members will go long because they feel im geting in too early..ie HOMs was one such stock I shorted it and a few went long... Thats their choice..Nobody agrees on anything other than to share our ideas in a private forum without the noise you find on Public boards. Pure and simple and clear cut.

I did it on SI for free for months before the private site opened and ..from day One ..I was right time and time again..Go check my very first post of shorts. I had a zero following and thus had no influence or anyone following what I was trading.

As you can clearly see I was talkin to myself and simply publicizing what I had been doing privately as an investor and formerly as a market maker. Its that track record that attracted people ..period.

I was right and others were wrong ,, just as you are now

I could go on and on and on and on, countless ttrades , countless wins and so very few losses , it would start to become so unbelievable that it would sound like Im turning water into oil..

I have to take a break and stick my head in a vat of clorox to stop it from growin anymore.

The truth is amazing isnt it?
