Tim,

I suspect that we may have these people dead to rights. My research indicates that there is a strong possibility that several of the people on these boards may have been party to fraud in the form of price manipulation. I'm making it known specifically to the right agencies in the right form with the right evidence gathered from indisputable sources... their own writings.

Furthermore, I suspect that the SEC and other agencies may even have asked Silicon Investor to make sure that all messages are saved in a retrievable fashion, even if the authors have tried to erase them from public view. This would only make sense, especially since I have personally informed SI "Jeff" of Auric's condition (registered broker undisclosed) and it would be in SI's best interest to do this so as to help eliminate themselves from the possible "aiding and abetting" clauses of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

I think they need to take positive and legal steps to limit their liability in this case, and I suspect that saving these messages in a retrievable form would be one such positive step. Once I told "SI Jeff" about Auric's stature, and advised "SI Jeff" to inform his management, all "good faith" aspects of the aiding and abetting clauses were removed as a defense for SI.
