You're being really foolish here this morning. The road is littered with people(investors?) exactly like you are portraying.

I suggest you admit(at least to yourself) you made a really stupid call either as an investment or a trade and move on with it already.

They longer you sulk and whine, the longer it will take for you to recover.

Are there any past cases of the SEC acting to enforce the law which support your interpretation of it?

It seems like they should be throwing everyone who gives out "picks" on the internet in the slammer if you're right.

( And all the "fax" trading services as well )
