THE daily DJIA chart has broken out of a significant
downtrend line

geocities.com

however we have seen the DJIA break out of a trendline
several times before only to be hemmed into a new area
of congestion, hence no real break outs.

and until the NASD clears it's resistance, that I have
mentioned this restrains the DJIA.

The NASD Chart with the 5&21 day Exp MA is threatening
to cross over to the upside

geocities.com

we are within a point of this happening, this is probably
why the market is stalling here.

the cross over system would allow for a very nice selloff
back down at the moment or if we cross over I would
expect to see some serious follow through in the next
few days.

I would be one of those people. I'll flip long for a few days if it breaks through. It's also very overbought both short term and long.

From a PnF standpoint it is also right at BRL (essentially a trendline) resistance.
