AFAIK the IDF is held every six month. The next should be in February again. Does anyone remember what AMD presented last year in October? (I recall an Athlon 800 or something like that?) Mustang 1.5 Ghz shouldn't be out of the question but I still think DDR is more probable especially because Intel hasn't done anything like this before (1.5 Ghz was already presented six months ago and Rambus doesn't count).
