i have NO problem with anyone shorting a stock..its when they BASH and post false and misleading information to manipulate the stock down...and ones that dont disclose they are a broker...my advise to you is be careful who you defend..and trust me on this one...none of these people you mentioned could give a rats ass about you but yet you run over here to defend them......

Yeilds, The real criminals are in the chop shop brokerage houses that sell garbage to unsuspecting consumers. Auric and Anthony have been following a number of such companies. I've had no problem with them. Real criminals break the law, simple as that. Whether you have an opinion as to who is 'really' a criminal and who is breaking the law for pruposes that you may personally consider meritorious is meaningless... when you break the law, you are a criminal. End of subject. I allege that Elgindy and Auric, amongst others they may count amongst their willing posse, MAY have broken the law. I have cited examples, I have cited the law, and I have gathered a meaningful plurality of evidence that supports this notion, I am continuing to do so, and sharing evidence that I have gathered with various agencies that may be interested in persuing the truth. Your opinion about what should and shouldn't be legal is meaningless, yeilds - what is meaningful is the letter of the law and the crimes it describes.
