That assumption will put you at a distinct disadvantage, so reconsider your opinion. You have banned me from posting to the A@P thread - fine by me. Sounds like you want to silence the voices of dissention so that only yours can be heard. Fine by me. My voice is being heard at levels that matter much more deeply than your board - you have succeeded in making a public message board private, at least when it comes to my posting to it. However, you have yet to offer a single intelligent defense - at best you offer ridicule, perhaps some feign pity, but nothing objective to counter what I have had to say. In the meantime, I am becoming even more intimately familiar with SEC laws and becoming even more familiar with the evidence that I am gathering, as penned (typed) by the very people who I suspect of being guilty of fraud. And this is no small matter, so I urge you to take it seriously. No amount of insult, feign pity, or coyness on your part changes one iota of the evidence, nor does it change the letter of the law in any respect. I would suggest you spending less time criticizing me and more time examining what part, if any, you may have played into what seems to be a conspired scheme to defraud retail investors. Examine closely, as Elgindy and/or Auric may not have advised you of the potential risk you were possibly taking while contemporaneously shorting with them. It is already assumed that Auric didn't even advise you that he was a registered broker working for an SEC registered securities dealer, nor did he advise you of any potential conflicts of interest he may have had because of that. I will tell you this much, I suspect that in order to save their skins they will throw lemmings like you under the bus faster than a fart in an elevator offends the senses... I would also suggest that you spend a little time with an securities law-firm attorney and discuss any possible exposure you may have as a result of possibly being duped by your favorite gurus into possibly comitting a crime.
