Read the Wired magazine article of April 2000, as it describes, to the letter, the kind of price manipulation I am talking about. The rest of what you have to say is meaningless. Your advice, as well, is meaningless.

What is meaningfull is that you closely examine the article, closely examine what part, if any, you may have had in contemporaneously shorting an issue that Elgindy or Auric recommended and shorted with you, at substantially the same time at substantially the same price - because IF you did that, you MAY be guilty of fraud by reason of price manipulation.

No amount of explaining to me how short-guru's acquire their targets removes the facts, the mechanism, or the possibility that crimes were comitted.

You need to study the laws a little more closely before calling someone ELSE naive.
