A couple unrelated problems someone might have the answers to:

1. Twice now I've gotten the following window pop up after my mouse cursor has frozen: Window Mouse Support...Windows didn't detect a mouse...

The first time this happened I tried putting different mouses in the mouse port. Finally, after several tries things started working again. Yesterday the same problem arose. I stopped using the mouse that was working (mouse A) and got another old mouse to work (Mouse B). I tried mouse A again, and it wouldn't work. I tried another old mouse (mouse C), which worked, and which I'm using now.

You think this is a software problem or a short in the mouse port or computer? Each time the problem happened I did a Restore Disk.

2. After doing the Restore Disk, IE isn't working properly after re-downloading it a couple times from the MSFT website. The feature where it remember passwords and frequently typed addresses and the like won't work. I found an instruction that said to activate that feature to to to the IE tool menu on the main menu, but I don't see any tool menu. Also, I found that when I go to Vendit's personal profile page ( the most elaborate one I've seen), instead of getting all the rotating balls and music that I got before the Restore Disk, I either crash or just see some white background. ???

Thanks for any help.
