In 1996, we were told by Dole and Kemp, we needed a 15% tax cut. It turns out we didn't need it all. We had four years of unprecedented growth and a budget surplus without a tax cut. Time to remind the voters of this.

Third, he got elected the first time partially by promising a "Middle Class Tax Cut". Clinton the candidate loved tax cuts, and so did the voters.

Proven Lie #1 was committed soon after he entered office when he claimed that only after he became President did he have access to economic information that showed a tax cut was impossible.
