We finally hear from the Great Ripe One with an authentic signature. I am in the same boat as you, don't want to sell until the last minute in case of another bid, but don't want to wait too long and find no market for the stock. I e-mailed Sophie and have not heard back on any suggestions they have, I don't expect to hear from here now since it was several days ago.

It's been a long hard run. Looking back, I should have just taken a job at McDonald flipping burgers and probably would have made more per hour than the time spent following this stock.

Good luck on your future endeavors. Like you, I don't want to be in another Canadian Peso stock again. Am still holding on to my Diamondex.

Can we please get a farewell song?

Dave M

It is good to see you here, buddy. Too bad this has turned out this way. I sure saw better things for us than this. Oh well, on to better things.

Cheers

<<In my case if
you take the
difference between the $5 tender price DeBeers is offering and the
market price and
add to that commissions I would pay, you have in excess of
US$(large number).>>
LARGE NUMBER...wow you must have a pee pot full of shares to be concerned about the commish and the small difference..i sold some two weeks ago at $4.38 and yesterday and today at $4.97..I could be wrong( as EC,AJ,and JP were, the wsp naysayers)
but 4 or 7 times your investment over a few years sure as hell beats bank interest...thanks again George J Tromp for all your input in the early going on this stock.

for sure we need your final "Ballad of Winspear"
