Michael, Part of the corporate maturity is learning to deal with the media types. Very few execs excel at this. John Chambers is a media darling and does it better than anyone. After the last Q's report, it was pretty obvious that Dr. Nettles was not comfortable under the lights. Gary Smith is far more adept. The change is welcome. Part of the delegation process of good management. Congratulations to Ciena for an absolutely stellar performance. Jack Hutchison
