Paul,

The minimum requirement on that CLASS 1 SELL signal on the DOW has already been fulfilled. The basis rule is that until the recent short-term top, as picked by the CLASS 1 SELL signal is not broken to the upside that we are basicly still in the short-term down cycle. So with the DOW being up today still does not negated this short-term down swing, at least not yet. Its not uncommon for CLASS 1 SELL signals for the various major indices to be off a few days or even a week.

However I agree that it is not in sync right now, but thats not that uncommon either
