I suspect that the others you describe fall into the same category and can be called manipulative, and possibly illegal. I am presently researching the other aspect of your question to me. If the SEC hasn't gone after any others, I will make it my mission to get them to pay attention here - the law is on the books, they need to enforce it. I am going to be their sqeaky wheel, and I am going to make sure I get attention.
