First find out what is up; then decide to buy or sell.

MY Perceptions on PLCO!
These are the comments I made this morning as I updated my Home Page at ww2.dixie-net.com

Looks like My Accumulting a LARGE Position in (PLCO) & AVERAGING down to .20 cent level may perhaps be starting to pay off ! I may perhaps even add to this position even though the stock price started moving UP on 8/17/00 on RECORD Volume of 1,407,900 shares. I will for SURE add to my position if there is any pull back because I speculate that there may be a Fund which is taking a position. In my opinion, all this volume did not come from individual investors, especially on NO News.

In my opinion (PLCO) could trade much like (MCTL) traded from this same price range to $2.88. See a 12 Month Chart on MCTL and Perhaps consider the HUGE percentage potential GAIN (PLCO) could Yield .

I was in MCTL with almost no cost if I counted profits from trading. I sold MCTL far too soon at $.74 cents,
expecting a pull back. Then in a matter of weeks, MCTL traded as high as $2.88 or 1,150%. Now I don't know if (PLCO) will make that kind of Huge Percentage Gain but I think (PLCO) could move up well over the $1.00 level or 500% from this current price of .25 cents!

These are only my opinions and I am not an investment advisor, so do not buy or sell any stock based on my personal perceptions. I have been RIGHT much more than I've been wrong but I have been wrong before and likely will be again. I DON'T think I will be wrong on (PLCO) ;$)
