Glad to see some desire to investigate on this thread. It surely means the latter. They did use the term "buyers". You don't refer to new subs as "buyers". This is no trivial matter, because Bell has hung so much on the self install tactic which I claim is worse than specious and a downright major negative. You can't do anything worse than follow the sirens of expediency. I'm gradually accumulating an impression that only Att Cable Services is putting in the good installs. The other MSOs seem to be engaged in wishful thinking and burying hidden costs for the questionable land grab strategy, the same grab strategy that impelled Jermo to chase Excite.
