But what I'm talking about isn't new, so if you can't find precedents to support your case, maybe it's because the SEC doesn't see things the same way you do.


Could be, but I suspect that even without precedent, it is an issue that is hot enough to be its own precedent. One way or another, this info will get out. I'm not taking any of it lying down... that Auric may have betrayed a trust given to him by the government and the NASD by posting anonymously although a registered broker... that info is interesting and, perhaps, even press-worthy.

Surelooks like a page-turner to me.

I would suspect that Gilder and his picks are as good a place as any to start, how many thousands sit there and refresh his website till his pick hits and off to the races they go..buying his pick without doing an ounce of reserach on their own.

Its the public's fault win or lose.
