Gary it looks like it generating a buy signal, we have the nasd closing right at it's 200 dma and this is also and options expiration day today. so if we were to get noise and a false signal this would be the time, if we rally today, or even if we are largely unchanged today and then have a strong up day monday, It's going to be putting all 3 averages, djia, spx and nasd in buy mode. now I now the VIX is low and closed just above 20 yesterday, but it can go all the way down to 17 or so. There is a fair amount of cash in people's portfolio's from the anecdotal evidence I have heard. I was at the Houston Investor's association and I saw more bears than normal when they did the informal poll. JOhn
