Cows in New York. Are they all sponsored by a corporation or artists and dressed/painted/decorated differently? If so, they stole that from Chicago - who did it in early 1999.

Yes, Chicago did it first and now other cities are copying it. For an example, LA wants to do angels but frankly I think sharks would be more appropriate.

It seems to be an idea travelling around North America. So I guess we can expect it here also very soon.
