Just buy them slowly let the bigs ride around watch the little guys like hawks, and add to em when the sell down. That's nice easy plan. The fed select ele and tech is hell of fund, I reco, that to anyone. Also, that's a good one for dollar cost adv. too or you can treat it as a stock and add when they the market sells down. If you have trouble with my site new site you let me know, I'll get it fixed ASAP.
