Well, I'm nervous. I still think it's a dicey market. I know you don't look at fundamentals, but I worry about the Presidential election. If Bush wins, and I think he will, and if he proposes many tax cuts, it will make Greenspan angry, and if Greenspan quits....there goes the market. Maybe, I worry too much, Larry. I hope you and your family have had a nice summer. We've had only sun and heat in Seattle so we have a terrible drought. Best Wishes, Mephisto
