I finally figured out why I am getting duplicate posts. It happens when I start to submit a post and then stop it to make a change. Apparently, it still gets posted in spite of my pressing the stop feature.

Fremont is a nice place to live if you need a cheap (<$600K) house in the valley, and you don't mind living in the middle of a giant strip mall, and you don't mind spending 2 hours a day on bridges across the bay hoping that an earthquake doesn't happen that send you tumbling into freezing cold polluted water.
