Burt, there are many here who disagree with you on this: "Nasdaq will not grant entrance to trading on their exchange until the stock is 5 or more." There seem to be quite a number of individuals here who do not beleive this. That want to hope against hope that NASDAQ can and does grant exemptions, and will list EDIG on NASDAQ while the stock is trading below $5. (BTW, Rancho Bernardo might not be so pleasant without A/C, even in November. Get a good Santa Ana going, and, whew... you'll be sweating it out in that inland hellhole. I've found that I really don't need the A/C here next to the Bay.)

When the EDIG game is up, and smart people like you and others starts evaluating themselves, as to why you bought in to all the 'not so slick sales pitches', that is when the fun starts. I told them on the SEXI board and I have been telling you. Tell the company to concentrate on making a decent profit and the stock will find it true level. You don't want to listen to me as you are greedy and want to unload your currently worthless shares to innocent newbees. That is rotten and why I am here...piously humble carl
