LMDS has the biggest potential in Europe, where there is higher concentratioin of people. LMDS can prowide higher bandwidth then MMDS, but on shorter distance(3-4km). Asia(Japan) is another region with big potential. Overall in 12-18 months we should see significant penetration of LMDS as wellas MMDS(lower frequency). In LMDS space my rank is : 1) ALA/NN 2) NT 3) ERICY and well behind MOT/CSCO JV which anounced officially only one contract in Australia. Sure MOT/CSCO is talking about lots(?) of trials, but at this moment official contracts are good indication of specific vendor positioin. BTW, I have nothing against ERICY, which I hold too (smaller positioin). B/c I was following LMDS since begining I had serious reservation with ERICY PR claims. Zbyslaw
