I got my first phone bill/statement today from Stratos. A couple of things:

1) I received the phone in May, have been using it since then and this is first bill/statement I have received. This is a large delay I think (May to August)

2) I was surprised as to how reasonable the bill was, high $200s for service and activation fee. I was on the "Beyond Zero" plan.

3) The G* minutes were billed in half minute increments (a complaint of mine against Bell Atlantic, 1:01 phone calls on cell are 2:00) resulting in a tighter bill than cell.
