Hi Mr. BSL. From your post, I assume that Mr. O'Neil's method calls for avoiding stocks cheaper than $15 per share. Is that correct?

Also, isn't one of the rules to invest only when the trend of the overall market is favorable? Thus, if it's a bear market, or if the market is in a corrective mode, one shouldn't invest in stocks even if there is a cup and handle pattern. Is that correct?
