re: By your definition then, lets say I was managment and you came to me for a job. You had a Doctors degrees from Mit. I hired you to do a job. If I found out later that you falsified your Mit degrees, and had royally botched the job because you actually was an idiot, it would be my fault that you are an idiot because I was the manager? Makes sense to me

Yes, that would be true because "If I found out later that you falsified your Mit degrees" you didn't verify the qualifications fully. It is your responsibility as a manager to hire qualified people. If someone managed to lie to you, it is your fault.

<..it would be my fault that you are an idiot because I was the manager?>
Perfect example! Of course the fault is yours,
whose else? Even if an employee appears to be a
crook, it was your project and you were in
charge and control to hire right people for
the job. Clear like a sunny day.

<You probably thought that dissing a stock raised the price.> You seem to think that talking hype on a SI
thread is the primary reason for stock to move.

BTW, I couldn't find the term "dissing" in
my dictionary... Is this the same root as
"dissident"? Interesting.
