I was prepared to wait and was hopeful too, but after talking to a number of people I respect, decided I was wasting my time. If it happens DeBeers is likely to meet or better it and so they'll have to pay everyone the same revised price. My view is that they are very determined to have this key piece of the NWT jig saw puzzle since it represents the future of Dimond mining, no matter what BUllshit Nicky publishes about being small. Argyle is in the past and except for the occasional pink is unexciting at the best of times, and anyway is controlled by Rio Tinto, the opposition for DB.

Cheers
