Why mention the Dalai Lama? The DL and all other mystics are a bunch of impractical people --- the non-producers!!! Imagine a time (Medieval Period) when lots of folks spent an entire lifetime preparing for the after life! What a goddamned waste of human resources and time! It seems to me Bill Murphy is quite a masochistic type of person. His SAAB car was stolen from him and he got a sucker-punched ???cracked??? jaw and his offer to debate GFMS was turned down. And he takes them all O Soooo Cheerfully!!! as any masochist would, eh? What a "Dalai Lamai" of a BM!!! Or is he also aspiring to be a martyr who would enjoy nothing better than getting crucified? Such a display of pusillanimity (which some folks have, no doubt, interpreted as a requisite/requirement for hobnobbing with the rich and famous)is, to say the least, absolutely disgusting! In not following through with efforts to engage GFMS to an open debate or to publicize that GFMS does not want to debate, GATA has not only shot itself in the foot but also violated one of the fundamental principles of the universe; that is, to achieve maximum movement of an object, a properly timed force must be applied in phase with the movement of the object. GATA has abdicated its responsibility to apply that crucial force. Why? For the sake of hobnobbing with or of pleasing some of the rich and famous? What a crying shame! If at all possible, GATA will have to do much to redeem itself. Else GATA is nothing more than what one Bob Johnson has dubbed it as "Got Another Theory, Amigo?".
