NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2000--

Version 3.1 Reaches "Popular" Status on CNET and Has Now Achieved
Over 190,000 Downloads in Three Weeks

deltathree, Inc. (NASDAQ:DDDC.O), the global provider of Internet
telephony services and other enhanced, web-based communications
services to individuals and businesses worldwide, today announced that
since its release on August 8, the deltathree PC-to-Phone Software
Version 3.1 has been downloaded over 190,000 times.
The new deltathree PC-to-Phone Software was unveiled August 8 via
an exclusive one-week distribution agreement with Downloads.cnet.com
(http://downloads.cnet.com). By end of day August 14th, PC-to-Phone
3.1 had received over 40,000 downloads with a 96% approval rating by
users. Due to this overwhelming demand, PC-to-Phone 3.1 was propelled
to "Popular" status at Downloads.cnet.com, a distinction reserved for
popular software that has received the highest rate of downloads in
the shortest period of time.
While approximately 125,000 of the downloads to-date have come
from existing deltathree customers, over 66,000 new customers have
signed up for PC-to-Phone 3.1 since its August 8 debut. This explosion
in new sign ups is a landmark achievement for deltathree and its new
PC-to-Phone Software.
"We are ecstatic at the enormous popularity the new PC-to-Phone
Software has seen thus far," said deltathree President and CEO, Noam
Bardin. "If this is the reaction we receive after only 3 weeks, I look
forward to tracking its success as we continue to extend our
distribution channels."
Among the nearly 900 documented user feedback notes at
Downloads.cnet.com are statements heralding how pleased people are
with the product. One user says, "This new software is the greatest
communication tool on the web." Others call PC-to-Phone 3.1 "an
awesome breakthrough" and one user says, "I would actually prefer to
use this software than my regular phone."

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2000--deltathree, Inc.,
(Nasdaq: DDDC.O), the IP telephony network and provider of
Internet-based communication services for businesses and individuals
worldwide, announced today that it has added Points of Presence (POPs)
in China and Brazil, expanding the company's network to 107 POPs in
over 40 countries.
The success of deltathree's partnership with China United
Telecommunications Corporation (China Unicom), for which deltathree
enables China Unicom to distribute Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
calling cards throughout China, resulted in the network expansion
within the country. POPs allow calls to be routed through the least
expensive connections in a given geographic area. The more POPs that
are available in a region, the more options deltathree or a corporate
partner such as China Unicom has to route calls inexpensively. Also as
part of its latest network expansion, deltathree has added POPs in
Buenos Aires, Argentina and Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
"This latest expansion of our network is proof positive that major
international telecoms can benefit greatly from incorporating VoIP
into their own services," said Jerry Norton, Vice President, Site
Development of deltathree. "It also will allow us to increase the
minutes we route on our network which will have a positive impact on
our revenue stream."
