It doesn't matter because networking equipment is not a factor in the CRM market.

Apps drive the need for infrastructure (including networking equipment), and there is some functionality required for skills-based call routing, but I never been involved with a prospect or a customer where the network was the star.

Besides, SEBL has an alliance with Avaya, and both Lucent and Cisco are customers.

I don't know where it came from, but that article has so many inaccuracies and just plain errors, it's laughable. No, I don't want to even bother to point them out.

Who was the author, or was it assembled by computer?
