If INTC wants my ADI shares they are going to have to fork over some bucks. Serious bucks
and thats all I got to say about that.

I personally don't see how INTC could justify to its shareholders the huge premium that ADI would demand even if they do have more money that they can count.

When the INTC/ADI DSP development deal was announced several months back, there was much speculation that INTC should/would buy ADI. INTC had and continues to spend money to expand beyond the CPU. If this was in the cards, INTC will have to spend lots more $$ than they would have had to only a few months ago. I do not see it happening and would prefer that this JUGGERNAUT (cap's noted) be left on its skyway assent!

Speaking of the DSP development deal. I thought this Q would bring some real news of the development effort. Let's make some dough!
