Don't get me wrong, I ain't no expert in this area, but I like the argument that the prices will come down as OPEC has a vested interest in keeping the price of oil lower than the current levels because at these levels, it becomes more economically viable for our domestic deep drillers to pump oil and to use alternate energy sources, thus reducing our reliance on OPEC. Something that OPEC doesn't want. I stole this idea from somebody, I don't remember who. John Pitera is probably a good person to ask on this, but I know that he is expecting higher prices.
