based on inflation, the rise in the price of oil and gas is probably appropriate if not cheaper than other commodities.

oil is a finite commodity and obviously based on supply and demand. i, too, hope that we can develop a cleaner alternative.

speaking of alaska reserves, they'll eventually be tapped, but i hope the industry has learned improved ways to drill for that with minimal impact on the environment.

i know, i know,,i sound like a left wing environmentalist even if i did grow up in texas. -g-
