You can disagree or argue as aggressively as you want but no such personal attack. <<<<<< Mani, In Ali's post to me he posed this question. <<Perfect example! Of course the fault is yours, whose else? Even if an employee appears to be a crook, it was your project and you were in charge and control to hire right people for the job. Clear like a sunny day.<<<<<< Mani, Ali first said that this was a perfect example; and I agree it was. If you don't bother to try to understand the circumstances under which decisions are made, if you don't look at both sides before you blame the manager, if you don't even bother to read the question, you just may wind up with egg on your face. Don't jump to conclusions based on wild speculation as sometimes things just aren't what they seem. In his answer Ali said it was as clear as a sunny day; and it was. He just had to read the question, and all I did was answer the question. I am sure Ali is an intelligent guy, and he will try to get even by posing a trick question to me; and I will fall into the trap also, because all of us make assumptions. I just hope Ali takes this like I usually do. ; which is to smile, make a joke of it and be more careful next time. If we can't laugh at ourselves once in awhile, who can we laugh at? Harry PS, Mani, a lot of the testiness here probably was caused by the circumstances. The market is looking for a sign that we have hit bottom. Hopefully, with this intense discussion we have hit bottom; (Sometimes every one needs to vent some anger.)I believe the worst is over, and we can all get back to happier times.
