I must pick up more MLT shares JUST BASED ON THAT -"No MLT INSIDER TRADING for over 13 months", not many in high tech. can say that.!!

MLT is a Canadian corporation. Edgar contains SEC filings.

It isn't surprising that no Insider Trading reports have been filed by MLT with the SEC.

To my knowledge, Insider Trading reports aren't kept in SEDAR. sedar.com

It's possible that you may find them at the OSC's new site. I don't know. I've never looked.
