No, I'm declaring you are wrong., and any point of view besides your is not insanity, nor tulips. I've made 7 figures just holding AMAT for years, through big swings up and down, so who cares about cycles anyway? They may dampen, go away, or get worse, but AMAT will benefit from the explosion of silicon and grow and grow.
