I received a few PMs concerning where my INDEX UPDATE was today. Sorry, but I got up real late today and am really slow this morning, because of what we did last night. Late last night, my daughter, the chef, wanted Cantonese style crabs so we got 5 dozen late last nite. We didnt start eating until about midnight and didnt finish until around 3 am. Although my daughter is much better with non-Asian cooking, she did complement me that she is still no competition with Chinese cooking. THE CRABS WERE GREAT!!!!! I still can taste them, and I WOKE UP WITH CRAB BREATH this morning. I cooked the CRABs last night in 2 styles, Cantonese and Singapore Chilli Crabs. My inners are still burning, but they were great!!! By the way I do crabs probably better than my dumplings.ggggggg
