beats digging ditches! this isn't work, it's an adventure... btw, i can give you a bunch of testimonials from clients about how research makes a difference. i didn't want to peg the comments as ludicrous, though... i mean, some people cling to the "dartboard" theory. there will always be lazy people out there. and there will always be those who run with the masses. unfortunately, our schools and parents are breeding mediocrity (disclaimer: there ARE some EXCEPTIONAL teachers out there).

Sector, I agree with you completely.

You don't have to work for a brokerage to be a supperior analyst of tech stocks. Many of us have gotten rich doing our own research and taking our own advice with our own money.

Why work on the Street when I can work for myself, set my own hours and retire at 26?

By the way, I'm 32 now!
