Wrongo, Greg. You only get one card on the Aces, and you can only split a third ace, not use it in the hand (unless you want to sit with 12).

Think about it. You have Doubled your bet, only an 8,9,10 probably wins - thats 6 out of the 13 cards. You could win on a dealer bust, too but not worth DOUBLING your bet, IMO.
The odds are not doubled in your favor - but YOUR money is.

If, after splitting, you could play your hand any way you wanted and use a 2nd ace as a 1, it would be a good deal, but you only get one card.

I just sold my first small batch at $71.
