It is up to each of us to do our own DD. I found Mr. Fun's comments to be thought provoking. I did not buy any LU. Nor did I sell any NT because my own reading led me to believe that NT had a better 10 Gbps product. I still believe that and will not change my opinion until I see the sales figures that prove otherwise. LU is probably undervalued at this point. However, the market hates uncertainty and LU's future appears very uncertain.

I have. But I don't go around claiming that my "contacts" within a particular company are saying optimistic things while I'm secretly selling the stock.

Here, Jim. Why don't you be judge as to whether Mr. Fun pumped and dumped.

*July 14, 2000:
Mr. Fun: "Personally, my contacts say this quarter looks terrific... If the bull case is right, LU will challenge its all time high, and soon - can you say $85? I would not be selling now..."
Message 14050935

*July 20, 2000: LU reports earnings, stock dives.

*July 26, 2000:
Mr. Fun: "Reduced LU a little starting a couple days before earnings..."
