Well, The Stumpster had to go back to the vet for another 125.00 of amnesia, subcutaneal rope drains and medicine.

Now...that IS sad... a feline version of myself....

Tell Stumpy that I can REALLY commiserate.... I FEEL his pain.... REALLY FEEL his pain...

Bet he gets food all over the front of himself when he's eating too, eh?

I woke up at 4 a.m. and could not get back to sleep. Lizzie said she wanted to go out, so I opened the door and she bounds out, barking at nothing. So I was standing on the front stoop in my nightgown, trying to get her to come back inside, and I was holding the screen door open.

I felt furry stuff go past me and looked down and saw that kittens plus mama cat had all gone outside. So I ran around bare-footed in the dew scooping up cats and bringing them in. Didn't see William, so I thought he was inside. A little bit later I counted heads and William was missing.

Opened the front door and William was crouching next to the house, wild-eyed. It started raining, for one thing, I guess he's never been in the rain before. He let me pick him up and bring him in.

How am I going to introduce these kitties to the outside world? We used to live on a cul-de-sac, but now in the new house there is traffic on our street, not a lot but enough to worry me. I don't know what to do.
