I think brees was making the same point I alluded to. The Dems keep misdirecting the discussion away from the real issues. What Bush did in his youth is no more the issue as regards his current fitness for office than what Clinton's sexcapades were regarding his impeachment. he was impeached for lying under oath, misusing his office, not sex. What I have heard is he is lying about his record in Texas. Specifically: the poor state of the ecology in Texas, the alarming condition of education in Texas and the plight of poor people in Texas.

Of course all these accusations come from either the Democrats or the Green Party and I haven't heard them substantiate any of it.
