Frank:

Re: "Do you perceive Gore a strong and vital leader?" In time, he will become one. Just as President Clinton became a strong world leader. Again, remember, I didn't vote for Mr. Clinton in '92 or '96.

Re: "Would you follow him (Gore) into battle?" Yes. Lest we forget, Mr. Gore did serve in Vietnam, albeit as a correspondent. Mr. Bush took the low road and allowed his father to find a position for him in the Guard when there were no vacancies in that particular unit. In addition, it was recently reported that Mr. Bush was frequently absent from Guard service commitments. Is this who we want leading our country -- someone who took lightly the notion of serving one's country in a time of war?!

Re: "I believe that will lead you to the more honest, moral, strongest leadership and that will be Bush/Cheney": Using the words "honest and moral" in the same sentence with George W. Bush is a non-sequitur.

George W. Bush needs to be candid about his past. By his silence, one can reasonably conclude that he may have broken the law.

Where's Kenneth Starr when we really need him?
